When the parcel arrived (free express Fedex from the US in only 3 days because my order was over $100US) my goodies were safely wrapped in a sturdy cardboard box inside the padded Fedex bag. Opening this much anticipated goody box was such a joy!
I lifted the box lid to find black tissue carefully protecting my goodies and inside that tissue was a handwritten card welcoming me to Beautylish! Serioulsy! Someone actually took the time to write a short note to say welcome to the company. How’s that for customer love?!
My Wayne Goss brush was carefully wrapped in black tissue too and was tied with a pretty little bow and my utterly divine Charlotte Tilbury palette was beautifully wrapped in paper and tied with black ribbon. Divine! On top of that was a little bag of free Bioderma H2O cleanser samples and a little card explaining how to care for my new brush.
It’s these little touches that really made my day. It doesn’t take much to show customers that they’re cared for and valued and by going that one step further, Beautylish now has one more dedicated and loyal customer. Top vote for my new favourite beauty product website!!
